1. Scope and products

The store offers cosmetic products for external use containing ingredients derived from industrial hemp and notified in the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP). Products are not presented or sold as medicinal products.

These Terms apply to consumers and other customers ordering through the Cannapopolis websites for Romania, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Slovenia, Czechia, Poland and the Netherlands.

2. Product information, prices, taxes and delivery charges

Product pages describe the product, quantity, ingredients, concentration and other material characteristics. Customers must read the label and product information before use.

The price and currency displayed for the selected market at the time of ordering apply to the order. Displayed product prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge is shown separately in checkout before the order is submitted.

Obvious pricing, description or availability errors may be corrected before acceptance of the order. If a correction affects an order, we will contact the customer and will not proceed without confirmation.

3. Order creation, confirmation and cancellation

An order is created when the customer completes the required checkout fields, reviews the order and submits it. The on-screen or email acknowledgement confirms receipt, not automatic acceptance.

The sales contract is concluded when Cannapopolis expressly confirms the order or dispatches it. We may contact the customer to verify delivery, availability or order information.

Before dispatch, a customer may request cancellation by contacting us with the order number. Statutory withdrawal rights after delivery remain available as described below.

4. Payment methods and UniCredit Bulbank

Only payment methods shown as enabled in checkout are available. Cash on delivery or manual confirmation remains the active method where displayed.

UniCredit Bulbank is the acquiring bank for the Cannapopolis virtual POS card-payment service. Card payment is available when shown as an enabled method in checkout.

5. Intended card brands

When the merchant terminal is activated, the intended card brands are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and BORICA-branded cards, subject to final activation and the brands enabled for the merchant terminal.

The checkout will show the card method as available only after technical activation. Until then, customers cannot submit a card transaction.

6. 3-D Secure and BORICA processing

Card payments are processed in the secure payment environment of UniCredit Bulbank and BORICA and may require 3-D Secure authentication by the card issuer.

Cannapopolis does not receive or store the full card number (PAN), CVV or CVC. Customers must never send full card details or security codes to Cannapopolis by email, chat or telephone.

7. Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown for the relevant market before an order is submitted. Estimates are indicative and become binding only if expressly agreed.

The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Risk passes in accordance with mandatory consumer law when the customer or a nominated third party receives the goods.

8. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

The consumer must send an unambiguous withdrawal statement before the deadline. The existing withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.

The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. The consumer normally bears the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise or the return results from our error.

The statutory exception for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may apply after the seal has been broken. This does not limit rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

9. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law. We may withhold a withdrawal refund until the goods are received or the consumer supplies evidence of return, whichever occurs first.

For an order originally paid by bank card, the corresponding amount will be refunded only by a credit operation to the same card used for the original payment. A card-paid amount will not be refunded in cash, by transfer to a different card or by another payment method.

10. Complaints and payment disputes

For an order complaint, card-payment question or payment dispute, contact sales@cannapopolis.com or +359 887 96 09 96 and provide the order number, transaction date and a description of the issue.

Do not send a full card number, CVV or CVC. We may request limited transaction identifiers needed to investigate with UniCredit Bulbank, BORICA, the card scheme or issuing bank.

Nothing in this procedure limits the customer’s right to contact the card issuer, a competent alternative-dispute-resolution body or a public authority.

11. Privacy and payment-data processing

Personal data is processed to take steps requested before entering into a contract, perform the order contract, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and establish or defend legal claims.

For card payments, payment and transaction data may be disclosed to UniCredit Bulbank, BORICA, participating card schemes and the issuing bank as necessary to authorize, authenticate, settle, refund or dispute the transaction.

Cannapopolis keeps relevant order and transaction evidence for at least 13 months and longer where required by tax, accounting, consumer-protection or dispute rules. Full PAN and CVV/CVC are not stored by Cannapopolis.

12. Consumer Protection Commission (КЗП)

Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (Комисия за защита на потребителите, КЗП) is the Bulgarian authority responsible for consumer protection. Consumers may submit complaints through its official channels.

13. Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД)

Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, КЗЛД) is the Bulgarian data-protection supervisory authority. A data subject may lodge a complaint with КЗЛД or another competent supervisory authority.

14. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights

These Terms and the contract are governed by Bulgarian law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that cannot be excluded under the law of the country in which the consumer has habitual residence.

The competent courts are determined under applicable mandatory law. Consumers may also use eligible out-of-court dispute-resolution procedures.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory liability for non-conforming goods and statutory consumer remedies.

Customers are responsible for following product labels, storage instructions and warnings and for providing accurate order and delivery information.

16. Amendments, severability and contact

The version published when an order is submitted applies to that order. We may amend these Terms prospectively to reflect legal, operational or payment-service changes.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to sales@cannapopolis.com or raised by telephone on +359 887 96 09 96.
